Usually an inaccessible Payroll page is caused by the browser cache . Let's first troubleshoot your browser by performing these steps:
I suggest using a private browser when accessing your QuickBooks Online account. Safari Private browsing doesn’t store data in the cache, which makes it the best place for isolating issues. See the keyboard shortcut below:
- Apple Safari: press Ctrl + Shift + N
If it works using Incognito Window, I recommend back to your main browser and clear cache and cookies. This would help clear up a lot of issues when you're working in an online environment.
