If you haven't already, you can try the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague above by accessing QuickBooks using a private window to identify if this isn't caused by a cache related issue.
Please use these shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If it works, you can go back to your main browser and clear the cache to eliminate excessive files in your browser.
You can also use another compatible browser as an alternative.
