The email she's using to log into Workforce needs to be the same as the one you have on file in your account. To locate this, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Workers tab.
- Select the Employees section.
- Find the employee and then click on them.
- In the "Personal Info" section, ensure the email address is correct and the same one that they are using.
