Before adding the last two months payroll totals, you must prepare the following:


  • Year to Date Totals for Each Employee
  • Payroll totals for the current quarter by pay date
  • Year to date and quarter to date totals of company-paid taxes

You can now add the employee’s 2020 prior pay details after creating the employee’s profile and entering the employee's basic information and pay information, you can now add the employee’s 2020 prior pay details.
