I paid for another year of this service but my program says I still need to re activate. We use Desktop Pro with Enhanced Payroll. Help please. I need to do payroll?

I hope your day is going well so far. Let's try to isolate the reactivation issue by ensuring that your payroll is up to the latest release. The instructions on how to do this are outlined below: 

  1. Open QuickBooks. 
  2. Go to the Employees menu. 
  3. Select Get Payroll Updates
  4. You'll be able to see the tax table version beside the Payroll Update Info button.
