Have you encountered an error message when printing the W2 form? Let's try logging into your account using a private or Incognito
window to rule out any browser-related issues. Then, print the tax form again.
If it works, you can clear your browser's cache to remove the temporary files. You can also use a different supported browser to be thorough.
