- Select Help & Feedback.
- Click Refresh.

Thanks. Before you sent this, I had logged out of the app and logged back in, and I lost all of my trips from May 9 - May 23 that were in my iOS app. Those trips are now gone and aren't in my Quickbooks online queue for Review. Oh well, I appreciate your reply. I don't think the refresh would have solved my problem - that would have push the Quickbooks data to my app, not pushed the mileage trips sitting in my iOS app to my Quickbooks online.

Let's perform some steps to make sure your trips will sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO). First off, let's ensure your phone's location permission is set to "Always". Also, for the most accurate trip tracking, you'll have to enable Motion and Fitness permission.
