W2

I just purchased the blank perforated 4 up form w/envelopes.  I can print the w2 fine but when I try to put it into the window envelop the employee's dollar amount shows, our tax id shows. Is there some form some place to print a cover sheet that will just have the employees address and our return address on it so it can fit into the window envelope along with the w2?

Thanks for posting in the Community. I've already checked if there's an ongoing issue about the amount and tax ID showing in the window envelope. However, there is no reported investigation at this time.
