- Go to the Payroll menu.
- Select the Employees tab.
- Click on the Run payroll button. From there, you'll see the payroll entries where you left off.

Additionally, to keep track of the paychecks in QuickBooks, you can run payroll reports. You can do this by going to the Reports menu and then hover down to the Payroll section.
