- Click the Help menu.
- In the QB Assistant pop-up window, click the Talk to a human option.
- When asked by the bot, enter "Add co-owner for QuickBooks Cash." or something similar.
- Click I still need a human.
- Hit the Contact us link.
- Choose how you want to reach us.
