If you're trying to update the State Unemployment Insurance rate, you can follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Taxes.
  2. Choose Payroll Tax.
  3. Under Taxes, click Edit your tax setup.
  4. Click the state link you want to edit.
  5. Click the Change or add new rate link.
  6. Enter the New Rate and Effective Date.
  7. Click OK.

This process will automatically adjust the payroll liabilities based on the rate entered.
