If you've already done the steps provided in the articles, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, or trying a different browser, as it may be browsing data that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do.

yes sure. 

It says all set up.  got email that bank is approved.  all sounds good .  I filed the form.
