QB subscription software data was not created properly by past employee. Is there a way to refresh my application to new and re-enter from new accurately?

Hi Colleen,
I appreciate you contacting us. I want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly. What do you mean by subscription software data?

I have subscription based Quickbooks Essentials with payroll.
It's been very challenging as the expert I hired clearly knew less than me.
I am learning as I go, but feel like if I could eliminate or Go to "new" I could use a wizzard perhaps to set up properly.

Thanks for sharing the info. I know how challenging it can get especially when trying to run a business at the same time. The good thing is you've reached the right place for support. I'd be happy to answer your questions. How long have you had the account active for? You could delete the transactions on your account and start over or you could set up a new subscription. It all depends with you and how much data you've already entered in the existing account. So I can take a look at your account, could I have the email you signed up with and the company ID? The company ID is on the Billing and Subscription tab under Accounts and Settings.
