Hi totalmach1,
Thanks for touching base with us here. QuickBooks Online is an exceptional accounting software that allows you to reach your bookkeeping goals with peace of mind. I'll be happy to provide more insight here so you're on track with your work!
Having your company information on forms is essential to highlight your business. When multiple pages are connected, the header will only appear on the first page by default, and wouldn't be on subsequent pages. If your concern is with other areas of your QuickBooks account, please don't hesitate to reach back out here, or contact us using one of the methods below, so we can gather more in depth information and look at this from another angle.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
Feel free to ask other questions. We'd be glad to assist!

So,is there no way to produce the 2nd page with the same header as the first?
