You sent out an alert/notification about small business relief. When clicking on the notification or icon with a red indicator the app opens but no message anywhere?

This happens on ipad and iPhone. Usually clicking in the notification or app icon with red dot will take someone to the message. But i see nothing but my dashboard and normal menu icons.

I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to see the details of the notification that you receive about the Small Business Relief Initiative.


To get this issue sorted out, I suggest clearing your app data. This can help us determined if the stored data files on your device are the reason you're unable to view the notification.


There are two ways to do this. First is from the QuickBooks Online app:

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose Refresh Data.
  3. Hit on Refresh.

Second is from your device's settings:

  1. From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an an app that's taking up a lot of space. 
  3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

If doing this doesn't make a difference, you may proceed with performing the troubleshooting steps found in this link: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.


However, if the problem continues after following the steps presented above, I recommend accessing your account using a browser.

I saw commercial today, I am on my laptop... your site only has an option to pay into your fund but not to apply for help has you commercial says

First, ensure that you're using a supported browser to get the best QuickBooks experience.
