Let me help you fix this error, @davidwkentsr.
You'll get the error 108 if there's a message on your bank's website that requires you to take action. Some of these are:
- New terms of service
- A special offer
- An announcement regarding maintenance or other site changes
We can fix this by signing in to your bank's website and work through any messages that require a response from you. Make sure all messages are gone.
You might not see the messages at your financial institution website if your pop-up blockers are turned on. You can suppress them temporarily by holding down CTRL while the page is loading.
Once all messages are acknowledged, return to QuickBooks Online and update your bank. Simply go to the Banking menu and select Update.
After you've downloaded transactions from your financial institution, you can proceed to assign and categorize them in QuickBooks.
