You can set up a default printer for the different kinds of transactions. 


Here's how:

  1. Go to File.
  2. Choose Printer Setup.
  3. Click the Form Name drop-down arrow, then choose a transaction.
  4. Click the Printer name drop-down arrow, then choose a printer.
  5. Click OK.
