App crashing upon opening

My iPhone app will not open. It crashes as soon as it starts. I have deleted and installed several times. iPhone is up to date too. Please help. I use my phone for everything.

We have received reports regarding the QuickBooks application crashing. Our engineers are already investigate the issue and working for a fix. I'd recommend giving our QuickBooks Customer Care Team a call. They can add your profile to the list of affected users that need to receive updates.


1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.

2. Select QuickBooks Online United States in the upper-right corner of the page.

3. Select Running yourbusiness in QuickBooks for the topic.

4. Choose Apps.

5. Go to the 2nd section and click the Get Phone Number button.


Temporarily, you can use a computer or mobile browser to access your company.
