As what my colleague @JenoP stated, this is a reported issue. Our engineers are working to have this fixed as soon as possible.
I suggest getting in touch with our technical support. You'll be added to the list of affected users and you'll receive a notification once this is resolved.
Here's how to contact us:
- Open our website: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
- Choose your QuickBooks Desktop version.
- On the Contact Us page, click Solving Issues & Error Messages, then choose Common Errors.
- Click the Get Phone Number button.
