I appreciate you for reaching out here in the Community. I'm here to help provide information about what I know with usage limits in QuickBooks Online.
The calculation of usage limits for Chart of Accounts will include active and inactive accounts. You can run the Account List report to check the number of accounts you currently have.
- On the left panel, click Reports.
- In the search bar, type in Account and select Account List.
- Click Customize.
- Make changes to the report.
- Click Run report.
