Making Tax Digital: VAT Returns April 2022

Hi,

I have QB Pro 2016, which is updated automatically on a regular basis....

It's the Desktop Version.

Can I use this version to pay my VAT Returns via HMRC MTD sign up?

I am under the £85k threshold, but am now legally obliged to submit my returns online.

Hello Masterkraft,

Welcome to the Community page,

So you cannot do MTD on 2016 version of Quickbooks desktop, you would need to migrate over to Quickbooks Online to do your VAT though MTD going forward.
