Unfortunately you will need to message us - our system allows us to respond to messages but not send them out manually before the customer has messaged us. You can reach us through @QuickBooksUK. Again, we apologise for what you were told by our Sales team - we will happily look into this for you and raise a complaint if you would like, however you will have to contact us through Facebook or our support line.
