To chat with our Live Support Team in QuickBooks Online (QBO), start by clicking the Help icon located at the top of your account.

From there, select the Search tab and then click on Contact Us at the bottom. You’ll need to type in your question and click Continue. Finally, choose the Chat with us button and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the chat.

Chat support is available Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM (Midnight) to 3:00 PM UTC for QBO Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus users.
