If you forgot your QuickBooks Online sign-in information (password), no worries, you can reset your password in no time.
Here's how:
- Go to the QuickBooks Online sign-in page.
- Select I forgot my user ID or Password.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
In case you've exceeded the number of attempts to sign in and are locked out of your account, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for additional help. This way, a representative can open your account securely and resets the password for you.
To contact support:
- Go to the Help menu, then tap on the Contact Us button.
- Enter a short description of your concern in the What can we help you with section.
- Proceed with the Let's talk button.
- Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.
