I’m here to ensure you’re subscribed to the plan you need. Let’s upgrade your Simple Plan account to the Plus version. This way, you’ll no longer have to perform the cancellation process.

Here’s how:

1. In your company, press the Gear icon at the top and choose Account and settings under Your Company.
2. Tap the Billing & subscription menu on the left panel to see your QuickBooks account.
3. From there, tap the Upgrade your plan link to view the complete list of QBO plans.
4. Hit the Choose plan button for Plus.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process.

Keep in mind, the discounted rate is not applicable when upgrading your plan. Consider canceling your QBO Simple Start account and purchase a new blank QBO Plus with the discounted rate.
