Yes, you can stop using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and deducting payments by canceling your subscription. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select "Subscription and billing" below the "Profile" column.
- From the subscription tile, choose Cancel.
- Then, follow the on-screen steps.
Once your account is cancelled, you'll only have a one-year read-only access to your data. If you wish to access it again, you'll need to resubscribe.
