Currently, we do not support multicurrency bank feeds. The currency of the transactions imported from your bank will be based on the currency you've set on a bank account on your Chart of Accounts. You can check the currency set on a bank account in QuickBooks by going to Chart of Accounts and see Currency column.

You need a 3rd party connector to reconcile PayPal transactions in multi currency.

Can you recommend one? I'm having the same issue.
