I'd be glad to provide a couple of info and ways to determine if your bank or credit card is supported in QuickBooks Online, @jennyhan.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) has no permanent list of supported banks or credit cards since new financial institutions are constantly being added. Here's how to check if they're supported in QBO:
- Go to the Banking menu (or Transactions menu for the new QBO) at the left pane.
- Select Connect account.
- Search your bank or credit card using either their respective names or URL.
- As long as your bank or credit card appears on the list of search results, you'll know it's supported. Some banks may track how many feeds you have connected to it, so be sure to only log in once you're in your own QBO company.
In case you're unable to find the bank's name, please check its spelling. Also, you can use the name of the issuing bank or use other alternative bank names. To do this, select Request support for your bank, and then enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided. Click Request when you're ready.
For more info about this, please check out this article: Find your bank or credit card when you connect to online banking.
Once successful, you can begin connecting your bank or credit card account to QBO. For the detailed steps, please see Step 1 in this resource: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QBO.
Then, you can categorize and match your entries to ensure they go to the right accounts and prevent any duplicates. In case you run into some problems downloading your transactions or get an error, you can use this article to fix them: What to do if you see an error or transactions won't download.
You can count on me if you have more questions about managing your banking in QBO. I'd love to help you some more. Take care and have a great day.
