Can I correct an error made when setting up an a/r account? Should have been listed as an "other current asset" account not a/r.
No entries in the A/R account are linked to an invoice. All have been journal entries but a few have journal entries from our previous yearend.

Other Questions
Yes, I believe you can change the account type without issue.
Note: If you do try to change it from AR to Other Current Asset and you get an error message pop-up window then perhaps you'll need to get a bit more hands-on help from QB.
