how to i actually talk to someone in the community for help?
How do I use Community to actually communicate with someone? So far I go around in a loop and get no where fast with this stupid system. Can anyone please help??

Yes. i am trying to connect with my bank to download transactions. However, for example, my line of credit account listed in my chart of accounts doesn't show up anywhere to complete my connection steps. That issue is for three other accounts I have.
and of course I can't seem to find answers.
I just find support very very frustrating

thanks but that does not solve my problem of accounts in my quickbooks, like my line of credit account, doesn't show up as a line of credit account in quickbooks.
Example, in the dropdown menu my checking account has a reference to a banking account. My line of credit account does not have this.

When connecting your bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online, you can select your financial institution form the list. You can also paste the URL in the Search field to minimize your search. Enter your login credentials. Once the account is connected, you'll be able to select the accounts associated with your bank or credit card provider. Here's a helpful guide, for your reference.
If you're still not seeing the account, follow these steps :
1. Select Request support for your bank
2. Enter the bank name and URL.
3. Hit Request.
QuickBooks Online also offers the ability to manually upload your transactions.
