System will not accept PO Box, nor the rural address when registering for online payments

Hi CMBaertz. QuickBooks Online prohibits PO Box addresses when registering for online payment systems due to compliance regulations. If possible, use a physical street address associated with your business instead of the PO Box.

 

If you don’t have a physical business address, you can use the registered business address filed with the government or tax authorities, or the location where your business operates, such as an office, warehouse, or storefront.

 

For rural addresses that aren’t accepted, consider temporarily using another valid physical address, like a family member’s or associate’s business address, to complete registration.
