I have used the tape option, the cell is highlighted green but I cannot see the tape details.  Any suggestions.

Viewing Tapes:

• To see the tape totals, you just hover the cursor over the green cell.
• You can also click the calculator icon while your cursor is on the green cell.

Printing Tapes:

• Jump to forms explorer (F4)
• Find "Tapes"
• Use the print icon in the forms explorer screen (or right click on 'tapes'/print)

I have tried both of those and neither works

Something is not right with your software or system.
I just tested it to be sure.  F4, tapes, right click on the word 'tapes', print.
It worked here. Maybe a profile tech needs to help you on this.

I just tried to print tapes and encountered no problems.

Todd29 gave a good answer. I will just add that memos can be printed the same way. Also, both tapes and memos can be set to print in File> print or be set up for every return in Options > Form selection. Neither memos nor tapes can display on screen.
