I'll share some information about downloading your data, dennis51.

Once your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account expires or is canceled, you have read-only access to your data for one year. You may need to resubscribe to your QBO account if you want to download your data using the download button when accessing forms, lists, and reports. However, exporting your reports and list is one of the simple ways so you can easily download the data entered into your file to your local hard drive. To do this, I've outlined the process below:

  1. Select the Settings ⚙ icon from the toolbar.
  2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  5. Select Export to Excel.

To give you more information about data availability and export policies after cancelation, take time to read this for your guide. Please know that the article may show in the US version but it works just like the Internation version: What Happens To My QuickBooks Online Data After I Cancel?

Furthermore, QuickBooks provides a variety of reports that you can access so you'll know the different aspects of your business. Learn how to customize them so you'll get the data you need most: Customise Reports In QuickBooks Online.
