You may try this workaround to lower your cost. Explore and utilize a 3rd party tool to migrate data between QBO accounts.

Then you can open a new QBO account to proceed with current discounted rate.

If you are able to run this process once, you may repeat it every year if required.

I’d like to help and get this addressed right away. However, it'll require me to look into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account which I’m unable to do for security reasons

I suggest contacting our Renewal Team to securely check your account. There, they can provide some information on why you’re being charged Rs.8000 and assist you further on how to renew your account back at Rs.500.

To reach them, you can refer to the number provided by my colleague svaishnavi above.

Once settled, I recommend checking our QuickBooks Self Help page for future reference. Here, you can browse a topic about QBO that can guide you in your future tasks.

Don't expect too much. Consider the workaround I have mentioned earlier. They have already put it in FAQ. The renewal price for your QuickBooks Online Plus subscription will be at the MRP at the time of renewal.

Open a new QBO account.

Then utilize a 3rd party migration tool or purchase a 3rd party migration service.
