Switching between companies

I no longer have the option to switch between companies in the drop down list after clicking on the gear. Has this happened to others and is there a way to resolve it?

Hi my96 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. We're aware of the issue that you're experiencing and our engineers are working towards resolving it. I've created a case in relation to this contact and I've added it/your details to the investigation and if there are any updates or when the issue is resolved you'll be notified by email from that case. In the meantime you can select the blue circular icon in the top right of the home page of your QuickBooks account >  Manage your Intuit account > Products and billing > Select the account you'd like to access.

The temporary solution you have offered allows me to see the other companies without logging out but when I click on go to Quickbooks, it takes me back into the company I am already logged into.

Hi my96, please try logging out of QBO completely and logging back in, before selecting the company you want to access from the realm picker page following the steps above.
