Hi @Darren Cavanagh,
Let me share to you helpful steps to try and get this to work with you again.
To isolate a possible issue with the browser you're using, please try these steps:
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Open your browser's private window.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Try a different browser to see if it works.
Also, you can try to check if you have the access rights to make changes to your company info. Mostly this is exclusive to the Master and Company admin.
If ever you have any other questions for me, drop them in the comments below. I'll be sure to get back to you.

Hi, I cleared my browsers in Chrome and Safari and the cache and I can get into the main page but when I click on my logo and company name at the top to update them it takes me to another page and then just freezes and doesn't let me do anything. How do I check if I have access rights? It is my company and I was set up on it via Pinpoint local and it's not much use to me if I can't even change my company information. Please help me I need this sorted asap. I can't invoice any new clients without this working.

Hello Darren,
Could you please try to login using an incognito window on Chrome?
Thanks,

There's no need to use the incognito window, Darren Cavanagh.
Let's try some other steps to get QuickBooks Online (QBO) working again in your regular browser.
Since clearing cache didn't work, I recommend disabling the pop-up blocker. You can follow the detailed steps in this article: Why doesn't anything happen when I select a button or link?.
If the issue persists, try resetting the browser's settings. Just so you're aware, this will reset your startup page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and plugins, then clear temporary data like cookies.
Your bookmarks, history, and saved passwords will not be cleared.
Here's how:
- Open the browser and go to Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose Advanced.
- Go to the Reset and clean up section and click on Restore settings to their original defaults.
- Select Reset settings.
I'm linking an article that will help you in the future: Configure Accounts and Settings.
Please let me know how it goes. I'll be here to keep helping. Take care and have a great day.
