Here's a catch on why you're having problem registering your QuickBooks, William.
With QuickBooks Desktop Service Discontinuation Policy, older versions will no longer receive product updates and cannot access online services (such as Bank Feeds, online registration, and etc.).
QuickBooks 2015 is one of the discontinued versions. Hence, you received errors when registering it.
Though online registration is no longer possible, we can still register it using a validation code. I'd recommend preparing your QuickBooks license and product numbers. Our QuickBooks Support Team will be able to generate validation code using those information.
Here's how you can reach them:
- Click Help at the top menu and select Support.
- Under Additional resources, select Contact us.
- Go to the first section.
- Type "validation code" and click Search.
- Go to the second section and choose how you want to reach them (phone, chat, or email).
Then, the representative will assist you all throughout the registration process.
