Thank you for the additional information you've added. Based on that, there may be a need to do a VAT refresh. I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks support. They'll be the one to do it for you.
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Contact us.
- Enter VAT refresh, then click Let's talk.
- Select from Start messaging or Get a callback.
