Hi Penguins8 We presume that when you state clients you're an accountant/bookkeeper with a QuickBooks accountant profile and the client is listed on your client list. If this is the case you can select the client from your client list > select the Accountant Tools icon > Reclassify Transactions > select Balance sheet within the Account types field > select the bank account that the transactions have been added to, or you can type the name of the bank in the find an account field and then select the account > you can edit the date range of transactions you want to locate > in the Modify field select Accounts, select the transactions by ticking the boxes to the left >select Reclassify > In the Change account to field select the bank account you want to transfer the transactions to >Apply.
