I purchased 2019 directly from Intuit. It used to be in my portal when I logged in, but yesterday when I tried to upgrade the tech made a mistake and tried to upgrade my existing license of 2019 instead of giving me a new 2022 version. Once she did that it wiped out my 2019 download and license. It now shows it is a version of 2022 with a new license, but doesn't work. I can't download it and I am thinking the license number is different.
If you guys (Intuit) can restore my 2019 download and license in my account where I can download it again I can try my experiment and see if it works.
