@Fiat Lux - ASIAYour theory just rose to the top of the pile. Following your suggestion, I downloaded a trial of QB Desktop Enterprise and installed it. The installation went fine and I launched it with a sample company file. It seemed to get a little further in the launch cycle than the Desktop 2022, but ultimately failed and would not launch.
So now I am not sure what to do. If as you suspected, I have something corrupted in Windows I am not sure what to do. Everything else on my system seems to function fine. This is the only issue I seem to be having. If my Windows was corrupted I would have thought that something else on my system would be giving me problems.
I think I have a Windows 10 Pro disk around here I guess I could run a repair function on that and see if that fixes the issue.
