Import .txt file data to creating Invoice

How can I get the following .txt data somewhat automatically into a quickbooks invoice?

The txt file information has all the product and qty information we need to bill our pro photographers we print for. We need a way to import that information from our print production software into QuickBooks Desktop to create an invoice so we can then bill them for the prints ordered.
