The amount of AR report by logging in with my ID is different from the amount by logging in with another employee ID.
I reviewed the AR history and found that records for checks or journals do not show when logging in with another employee ID
Is this a qb error?

That probably means the employee has no rights to those types of transactions, so they can't see them on reports.
Is that normal?
Yes, I think so. As I remember how it works.
