Welcome and thanks for posting in the Community. I'm here to help make sure that your concern about the charges you're getting is taken care of.


For security purposes, we are unable to verify the charges you're receiving since Community is a public forum and this requires personal information. That being said, I highly recommend contacting our Phone Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account and check as to what are the charges for in a secure environment.


Here's how to reach them:

2. Choose your QuickBooks product at the upper right.
3. Select a topic.
4. Click on the green button that says Get Phone Number.​
