On our recurring merchant service customer payments, these are not commercial credit cards but every time I un-click that "commercial box". it automatically re-clicks the box, making it a commercial/ level 3 process again. These are not commercial credit cards and I don't need that service. How do I opt out of this without it overridding my UN-click?
