I'm having check alignment issues as well, and I was wondering if you ever got the issue resolved. I have spent hours since converting from desktop to QBO trying to get checks to print correctly with no luck. I have even tried it from other computers and other printers.  And Intuit won't send me any sample checks for me to test!  I'm seriously considering going back to QuickBooks desktop. Neither the check printer (I have been using another check printer for years with no issue) nor Intuit has helped me resolve this issue. It's not a problem of knowing the steps. I did all the steps, with none of them giving me satisfactory results.
