'Something Went Wrong' error when logging in.

I have a user who receives the below error every day when she logs in.  Once she presses 'OK' she can log in, so this is more a nuisance than an interruption.  Any thoughts on what could be causing the error or how I can resolve it.  This user is not an admin, they log in to track time only.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us, BBPJessica. I understand that it can be a hassle when error messages show up when logging in.

Accumulated data or other browser-related issues can cause this type of error when logging in to QuickBooks Online. I'm here to share the steps that can remove the error so the user can log in without getting it again.

First, let the user use a supported, up-to-date browser.

Second, ask the user to do the following steps:

  1. Try using a private or incognito browser.
  2. Restart your browser.
  3. Clear your browser's cache.
  4. Add Intuit as a trusted site.

After that, let them log back in and check if you can save the financial year information successfully.

If you can do this without any issues, return to regular browsing and follow the instructions in this article on how to clear some saved data: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.
