You can install QuickBooks Web Connector to integrate Shopify with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for syncing your orders, stocks, and products. I can guide you through the steps. 

QuickBooks Web Connector simplifies setting up and managing connected apps, including your Shopify app. Here are the steps to install it: 

1. Close QuickBooks Desktop completely.
2. Go to the Intuit Developer site and download the latest Web Connector version.
3. Right-click the QBWebConnector2_R30_xxxxx zip file, then select Extract All.
4. In the extracted folder, right-click the QBWebConnectorInstaller.exe file, then select Run as Administrator.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
6. Select Allow devices to make changes to your computer, then select Next.
7. On the License Agreement page, select I accept the terms in the license agreement, then select Next.
8. In the Ready to Install Program page, select Install.
9. Select Finish.

How much is your budget? Are you using Pro/Premier or Enterprise?

You may have 2 options

1. Upgrade to QB Desktop 2022-2024 (you may consider cross-grade to Pro/Premier to lower your cost) + an inventory management  app (> $1,000 per month)

2. Switch to QB Online + a manufacturing app ($200-$2000 per month)
