POS V18 Update to R11

Hello, I've been using POS18 since 2019 and i had to restore my shop's main PC to factory defaults. When i reinstalled, I couldn't get my backup POS file to restore to my software, I currently have POS v18 and am not able to update it, is there a way to install R11 update to the POS18 I have??

Since QBPOS v18 is no longer available for download on our website, you can go to this link to download the patch for the R11 release: https://qbpos.intuit.com/POS18.0/WebQBPOSPatch_V18R11.exe.

 

The reason why you're unable to update your QBPOS is that it is no longer supported by Intuit. If you wish to update it to the latest release (R15), use this link: https://qbpos.intuit.com/POS18.0/WebQBPOSPatch_V18R15.exe.

 

Additionally, you might want to consider Shopify as an alternative POS solution. For more information, you can visit this link: Shopify.

PERFECT! Thats exactly what i needed, i used that update tool to update to R15 and now my Backup loaded with no issues. Thank you very much.. I do plan on upgrading to Shopify at the end of the fiscal year. Have a good day and thank you again! JaeAnnC
