Help has arrived, J_Fission. I'm here to ensure you can use, print, and download your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Beforehand, may I know if you're referring to the basic troubleshooting steps (clearing cache) shared by my colleague?
If so, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account using supported and up-to-date browsers to verify if this is the cause of why the use, print, and download aren't working in your recurring transactions. It'll also ensure you have the best and secure experience while working on your books.
I've listed the browsers you can utilize below:
- Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
- Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer. Note: To preview and print forms on Mac OS, you need the Firefox PDF plugin.
- Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
- Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
- Opera: version 68 or newer
- Samsung: version 10 or newer
Aside from that, I suggest ensuring your Adobe Reader/Acrobat is updated to fix printing problems with your QuickBooks transactions. To learn how, please see this article: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to check the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.
Additionally, QuickBooks Online allows you to set up automatic payments for recurring invoices. It ensures you'll be paid automatically for future transactions.
Please keep me posted if you have additional concerns or questions about managing and creating recurring transactions. This way, I'll be able to provide the assistance you need.
